Who we are

Vectify (Vectify B.V., Verlengde Statenlaan 31, 5223 LD ’s-Hertogenbosch, the Netherlands, Chamber of Commerce 97172669, VAT NL867939850B01) builds and operates outbound acquisition channels for B2B companies. In this policy, "we" and "us" refer to Vectify. For anything about your personal data, write to info@vectify.io.

Who this policy is for

It covers four groups: visitors of vectify.io, people who sign up for our newsletter or a resource, people we contact on behalf of our clients, and users of our client portal.

Visitors of this website

When you visit vectify.io we process the following, under our legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used and in marketing our services to businesses.

  • Page analytics. datafa.st records page views, the referring site, device type and country. It does not use cookies.
  • Our own analytics and attribution script (served from px.vectify.io) records which pages are visited and which actions are taken, under a first-party identifier, so we can see which pages and campaigns lead to conversations.
  • Advertising measurement. The Google Ads tag and the Meta pixel measure whether our campaigns lead to visits and conversions, and allow us to show relevant ads on those platforms. Both set cookies. For visitors in Europe (we use your browser's time zone to determine this), these tags, our own attribution script and visitor identification only load after you accept them in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time under Cookie settings at the bottom of every page. You can also refuse or delete cookies in your browser, and opt out through Google ads settings and your Meta ad preferences.
  • Visitor identification. We use GetLeads to identify the organisation behind a visit, and where available the business contact, by matching the IP address and device information against business contact databases. We use this to follow up with companies that show an interest in our services. This concerns business contact data only. You can object at any time by writing to us, and we will stop processing your data for this purpose.

Newsletter and resources

When you request a resource or subscribe to the newsletter, we process your name and work email to send you the resource and our newsletter. Every email contains an unsubscribe link. We keep your details until you unsubscribe, and remove them after 24 months without any activity. Emails are sent with Resend from an EU region; sign-ups are processed in Clay.

People we contact on behalf of our clients

Vectify sends outbound email and makes calls on behalf of named clients. For this we process business contact data: name, role, company, business email address, business phone number and public professional profile. We obtain this data from public sources and licensed business data providers. The legal basis is our clients' and our legitimate interest in business-to-business marketing. Where a country requires consent for this kind of contact, we follow that country's rules. You can opt out at any time by replying to a message or using the link in it. We keep opted-out addresses on a do-not-contact list so that you are not contacted again on behalf of any of our clients.

Client portal users

If your company works with us, we process the account data of the people who use our portal (name, business email, role) and their activity in it, to provide the service under our agreement with your company. Customer data that a client shares with us is processed under the data processing agreement described on this page.

Who we share data with

We use service providers that process data on our behalf: hosting (Railway), email delivery (Resend), data and workflow tooling (Clay), analytics (datafa.st), advertising measurement (Google, Meta), visitor identification (GetLeads), scheduling (TidyCal) and the providers of our sending infrastructure. Where providers process data outside the European Economic Area, we rely on adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses. We do not sell personal data.

Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, a copy of your data, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to info@vectify.io and we respond within one month. You can also complain to your supervisory authority; in the Netherlands that is the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

Security

Access to personal data is limited to the people who need it for their work. Customer data from clients is transferred through our secure SFTP setup. A security overview is available on request.

Changes

When this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Substantial changes are announced on this page.
